Kuantan Colonial House Chimneys

The colonial houses at jalan Kemunting,Kuantan was build by the British
as government quarters before the independence
are equiped with two chimneys,
one for the kitchen and another for the living room
which i am sure was barely used in such a hot and humid weather.
